everything was great here - very good staff and modern rooms. location near to servo and shopping centre, restaurants and parks and shops. for tea or coffee visit dce cafe nearby. a wide array of brilliant options for meal. excellent services, the private parking was available onsite. no charge for wake up calls and ironing too.

The apartment was fine, included a walk-in shower and fresh towels. The location was marvellous, a 10-15 minute walking distance from The Entrance Heritage Walk.

Our stay at Black Rock Inn was great, thanks to the excellent staff who made everything pleasant. the accommodations were spacious and modern, complete with a private bathroom. the location was ideal, just a short distance from all the places we wanted to visit. Plus, the area was peaceful and conveniently close to a service station, shopping center, and restaurant in Blackwater.

I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The onsite restaurant was a great convenience, offering a delicious buffet breakfast that I thoroughly enjoyed. The well-equipped kitchenette in my room had everything I needed, including a microwave for easy meals. Additionally, the hotel's location was superb, with plenty of shops, eateries, and fast food places within walking distance. The room itself was spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and a large shower. I was impressed with the enhanced comfort and quality services provided by this hotel.

The cleanliness of our room left much to be desired. We found stains on the bedcovers and towels, and the bathroom was not properly cleaned. This was a letdown and detracted from our overall experience. Additionally, some amenities were outdated, like the air conditioner.

The staff were friendly and the location was great for my business needs. the restaurant had a good selection of meals and the room had a well-equipped kitchenette.

The cleanliness of the room was poor, with dirty windows and veranda. the air conditioning and fan were not working properly, and the replacement fan provided was dirty and unusable.

We stayed in a modern and clean room close to several shops. the restaurant served amazing food, but unfortunately not available on weekends. Staff were friendly when our air conditioner was broken on arrival and promptly accommodated us in a different room. the bathroom and room cleanliness was generally excellent.

The towels provided were old and hard and the bathroom was too small to move around in comfortably.

Additionally, this hotel was conveniently located close to many shops, making it easy for us to access everything we needed in the city. Finally, the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our entire stay.
